KINGSTON, Ont. — A man, his wife and their son are charged with four counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of three Montreal sisters and their caregiver, who were found dead in a submerged car near Kingston, Ont.

The bodies of the three teenaged sisters and the 50-year-old woman were found in the car in the Rideau Canal on June 30.

The accused are Mohammed Shafi, his wife Touba Yahya Shafi and his 18-year-old son Hamed Shafi.

The victims are Zainab Shafi, 19, Sahar, 17, and Geeti, 13, along with Rona Amir Mohammed.

The family, originally from Kabul, Afghanistan, spent 15 years in Dubai before moving to Montreal two years ago.

In the immediate aftermath of the drownings, the surviving Shafis had grieved their loss openly and shared family photographs with the reporters they allowed into their home.

Both parents described the eldest, 19-year-old Zainab, as a rebellious young woman.

Let me start off by giving a little credit where it’s due for a change. Just for the giggles of it.

Here’s to Jane Sims and the Freeps for alerting us to the clear and present danger of “the man.” Apparently Sims and her paper felt compelled to give us a heads-up on this because “the man” is a real Class-A sack of maggot puke. You see, it’s kind of like this:

His latest conviction came when he pleaded guilty to a minor physical assault on his ex-girlfriend…

He was convicted of harassing her by threatening to harm any man she was with and telling her she had to go to him each week for sex.

He was also convicted of possession of child pornography for a photo on his computer showing a seven-year-old girl.

The common-law wife had to leave a job and move away because of the crimes. She fears for her safety.

Quite the charmer, huh? For that, “the man” got 30 months. Lop off 18 months for Pizza Parlour Justice™, and that leaves him with a year to go. Unless you count that little statutory release thing that the leftbots don’t like you bringing up. That’ll knock off a third of the whole thing, meaning he’s gonna be out walking the streets in two friggin’ months.

Aw, don’t go gettin’ all freaked out, now.  After he gets spun out the revolving door, “the man” will be subject to a 10-year supervision order, where he’ll have to take his saltpeter, stay away from places with kids in them, and won’t be allowed to own guns or stick his pathetic excuse for a wiener in any more kids.  Ever ever again.  So there.  And we know it’ll all work out fine; we know it from past experience and what his shrink had to say about him:

Psychiatrist Philip Klassen from the Centre of Addiction and Mental Health examined the man and determined he didn’t suffer from a major mental illness but did suffer from “a personality disorder, paraphilias, a probable attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder and borderline intellectual functioning.”

Klassen said the biggest concern was the man’s “bisexual pedophilia” and said he was a high risk to re-offend.

Assistant Crown attorney Peter Rollings told Jenkins the man was warned in 2006 he could face a dangerous offender application if he re-offended. The man had not taken prescribed sex drive reduction medication and failed to comply with court orders.

Ain’t justice peachy?  And this sack of fertilizer is going to be back out on the streets in 2 months.  The same streets as your kids and mine.  There’s just one little question remaining:

In yet another perfect example of the judiciary asshattery goodness that we’ve had kicking around ever since the Supreme Court’s Singh decision back in ’85, some child-molesting yankee bag of maggot shit has gotten himself bagged in Winnipeg and promptly gone and uttered the magic word: “REFUGEE!”

To make a long story short, Troy Greenbank tried to have a threesome with a woman and her ten year old daughter and got caught. So, naturally, he ran like hell for the Canadian border:

Greenback has no connection to Canada and told police he came north because it was the easiest direct route from Missouri in his attempt to seek asylum on charges he knew were coming. He also wanted a chance to “start over.”

Go to hell, asshole. You want to start over? Do it someplace else. And just what excuse is it that he’s using to try and stay here, you wonder?

Troy Greenbank, 29, faces up to 50 years behind bars if convicted in his home state of Missouri, but is now seeking to fight deportation and to obtain refugee status and protection from the Canadian government. He claims he will probably be killed in prison if returned to the United States to face justice.

Boo hoo. Can’t have that now, can we? Because everybody knows that what this world really needs is more diddlers walking around hogging up air that the rest of us could be breathing.

The girl’s father then learned of the arrangement and called police after discovering the sex toy Mr. Greenbank allegedly bought her.

Greenback is scheduled to return to court in Winnipeg on Friday for another detention review. He is being held in protective custody at the Winnipeg Remand Centre and is on 24-hour suicide watch, based on his statement that he has made previous attempts on his life.

Seriously; that’s all it was.

It was our way of pointing out all the idiocies of Bill C-68 and the long gun registry and all the other gun-grabber-related buffoonery that has tried to pass itself off as public policy in this country for years now.

We never meant for it to be taken seriously — hell, even we didn’t think that the loopy left could be that damned retarded. But no… According to the Mop & Pail, no less, some of the moonbats are actually taking it seriously:

Public Safety Minister Stockwell Day said the violent attack is a “horrific” incident and his heart goes to the family of the victim.

However, Mr. Day played down the possibility of enacting tough security measures in Canada’s bus terminals, similar to what already exists in airports.

“People should always be open to looking at precautionary measures. But let’s keep in mind that as bizarre and tragic as this is, it is extremely rare,” Mr. Day said.

He also dismissed talk by some opposition MPs of a “knife registry,” saying that millions of them are bought each year simply for kitchen use. He added that there are already provisions in the Criminal Code against crimes and assaults.

Knife registry?????????????” WHAT… THE… FU… 😯

In case you’re wondering just what the hell it is that set me off this time, there’s a 14-year old girl from Alliston, Ontario who is fighting for her life in Toronto’s Sunnybrook Medical Centre after being stabbed multiple times by her father sometime on Tuesday. Last I heard, she was listed as “in critical but stable condition.”

Kamal Khanna, 44, is charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault and assault with a weapon. His sorry ass is in the slammer until he gets to spout his bullshit excuses at his bail hearing next Tuesday (gee, I wonder if the judge’ll just show him to the revolving door, or will he hold it open for the prick, too?).

And just why the hell would a man try to murder his own child? Gee, whiz, I dunno about you but I just can’t possibly imagine anything; anything at all…

Other neighbours speculated the attack stemmed from a cultural rift between father and daughter because “she didn’t wear what he wanted.”

Hey, waitaminit, you can’t say that! That’s bigotry! That’s intolerant! That’s cultural stereotyping! Stuff like that doesn’t ever really happen, the NeoConsâ„¢ just make stuff like that up to make poor little innocent immigrants look bad!

Do piss off. Of course the usual suspects will be bending over backwards to make this look like anything but an “honour killing.” They’ll call it “domestic violence,” a “cultural misunderstanding,” or “incomprehensible” … ANYTHING but what we all know it probably is. If anybody dares bring up honour killings, look for the multicult crowd to start hurling accusations of bigotry like a cranky, poop-flinging ape on angel dust.

Was it an attempted honour killing? Hey, I’m taking bets. How much do you feel like losing? What, no takers? Could that be because, in spite of all your rhetoric, you just can’t get away from the gnawing certainty that I’m right? It’s not like it’s the first time this shit has happened…

A 14-year-old female rape victim is strangled to death in March 2004 by her father and brother because she has supposedly tarnished the family name.

In April 2004, a man brutally kills his wife and daughter after finding out that his brother had previously molested them.

A teenage girl with a Turkish background has her throat cut by her father after he learns she has a Christian boyfriend.

All three cases — taken from a study by Memorial University psychiatry professor Dr. Amin Muhammad and resident Sujay Patel — involve unspeakable acts against females. And all were considered appropriate by the killers based on long-standing tradition and cultural beliefs.

While we’re at it: just why the hell are these things called “honour killings,” anyway? If you think there’s something “honourable” in murdering a 14-year old little girl, you’re a worthless piece of shit that’s not good enough to live in my country! Pack your sorry ass up and move to Outer Backwardsistan or wherever the hell it is that they put up with that shit, because you’ve got no God damned business being here!
